As of Open-Realty® 2.1.4 we are no longer packaging the Xinha or FCKEditor WYSIWYG page editors with the Open-Realty core download. If this is a first time install, you will also need to download these packages and upload the contents to your install, to be able to use the WYSIWYG page editors in open-realty.

To upgrade from any previous 2.x.x stable release, upload all files except the common.php file, you need to leave your common.php file intact. Then run the installer and select the "Upgrade from Open-Realty® 2.x.x" option.

Please note: As of Open-Realty® 2.1.x some addons for 2.0.x will not be compatible, this upgrade removes the "type" field from all listings and replace it with our new class system. Any addons built to use the "type" field will not work, until they are updated by the addon developer.
2.0.X Templates will need a few minor changes to them, also to be 100% compatible with Open-Realty® 2.1.

Added devel_mode install that will report db errors during upgrade/install, but allow the upgrade/install to continue. This should only be used to fix failed upgrades or by developers to upgrade SVN releases.

You can now control page title, meta keyword, and meta description tags from the site config for all listing and standard pages. You can use {listing_field_FIELDNAME_value} and {listing_field_FIELDNAME_rawvalue} use rawvalue for items like home_features and the "||" pipes will automatically be converted to a "," comma.

We used str_ireplace which is a PHP 5 only function. Changed to str_replace

When adding a listing as admin you can now select yourself for the listing agent. I also changed the selection option to use the first/last name of the agent the same as the edit listing function has been handling that same field.

When deleting listings they were not removed from the classlistingsdb table.

Fix SVN error where if you add a listing as an agent you were over told you were over your listing limit, even if you were not.

Fix permission issue, agent fields were being displayed to anyone, no matter what the permission setting on the field was.

Fixed some CSS validation errors in the Admin Template

Added a check in the code and a JS check to make sure the user has selected a property class when adding listing fields.

* Property Class System. We no longer use the "type" field, there is a separate property class system. This allows for better searching and property grouping. You can now have a property that belongs to multiple property classes, and you can search either a single property class or search multiple property classes by any commonly shared fields. This allows for search pages with different fields for different property classes.
* Expanded the multimap and mapquest mapping options so that you can map them either to a country field, or use the country specific options like before. If you are using a country specific map option, then the country fields is ignored and can be mapped to anything if you just want to remove it.

* Adding images for next_prev on listing page. Also changed the $result to an array instead of a pipe delimited string for performance reasons. This feature is a very bad for large sites, it should only be used on small real estate sites. Thanks for Paul for providing code for this feature.
* If the admin leave a step value at 0 for a min max search box, or now creates a step value based on $max-$min/10

Bug Fixes
* Fixed missing $ on $value on line 174 of the form_generation.inc.php file.
* Fixed bug $443. : was missing after the caption name when using {listing_field_FIELDNAmE} tag.
Fixed Bug 442. In Firefox when editing a date field, the last digit would be cut off once you moved out of the field.
* Bug 445. In IE the links on the template editor quick bar were offset and very hard to click on.
* Fixed a bug in the images.inc.php file where the misc class was not loaded before it was called to handle an sql error.
* Fixed bug 388. Added a blank PTDefault.html to the root to eliminate a 404 error in the apache error logs.
* Fixed a bug where the required * was being echoed out instead of being put into the output buffer with the rest of the output. Causing it to show at the top of the screen.
* Fix bug 425. Editing the type field caused the * telling you it was required to disappear.
* Fix bug 431. Link to the user manager in the notification email was incorrect.
* Fixed bug #421. GIF resizing for the main image now works.. previously was setup to use the thumbnail settings.
* Fix Expiration Date bug when date format was anything other them mm/dd/yyyy
* Many misc bug fixes related to the new permissions and other new features.
* Filter on the user management screen now works.
* Removed URL encoding from the Javascript link for slideshow images.
* Fixed bug in deleting listings, where images data was not being removed from the DB.
* Delete listing was not removing vtour data or files. Delete listings is now ML Compliant
* Fix bug where the num of listings matching a field type was not being displayed in the () on the search page.

Misc Changes:
* Xinha WYSIWYG editor has been updated to the latest release, and we are now using the built in ImageManger so future updates will be able to be dropped right in place.
* Template class has been moved to /class/template/core.inc.php and split into a couple of separate classes.
* Updated FCKEditor to 2.1.1
* Updated ADODB Lite to 1.04
* Installer now creates a country field for new installs, and also the following home features: Swimming Pool,Spa,Tile Flooring
* Also changed 3 template tag on the search_page_default.html
{text_find_the_perfect_property} to {lang_find_the_perfect_property}
{text_search_listings} to {lang_search_listings}
{text_show_only_with_images} to {lang_show_only_with_images}
* Upgrade script now displays an error if it can properly determine the old version number.
* Changed two admin links that were using form submits to standard links.
* Added a decimal field type that uses the old +0 sort trick instead of cast() as there is no cast as decimal in mysql 4.0
